When Your Most Motivated Employees Become Quiet!

When Your Most Motivated Employees Become Quiet! Brigette Hyacinth My new boss told me to never be afraid to give feedback. The next Monday morning in a meeting, I happily shared my viewpoint on a new policy. Thereafter, I noticed my boss's disposition towards me changed. He stopped talking to me. I was shunned. I even felt the effects of this in my monthly performance appraisal, where he noted, I was not supportive of the organization, and I needed to be a better team player. The picture was quite clear - truthful feedback was not appreciated. Heather, a co-worker approached me and said, "You are new, honest feedback is just lip service, don't fall for it." I quickly learned loyalists and sycophants were appreciated, while realists were punished. They built a culture of "yes employees." I knew I had so much to offer, yet I couldn't. Six months later, my boss was fired. He made a mistake on a proposal that cost the company its biggest cli...

FERNANDINHO REVEALS HALF-TIME MESSAGE

FERNANDINHO REVEALS HALF-TIME MESSAGE Fernandinho takes on Nadil Fekir of Lyon Fernandinho admits there were frank words in the Manchester City dressing room at half-time of our Champions League opener against Lyon. City were way below par in the first half and went in 2-0 down at the break after goals from Maxwel Cornet and Nabil Fekir. There was a significant improvement in the second period, with City playing at a higher tempo and getting a goal back through  Bernardo Silva . Fernandinho , 33, says there were strong words from  Mikel Arteta  and the players during the interval after a hugely disappointing first 45 minutes he admits is difficult to explain. “There were strong words not just him [Arteta], but from the players as well,” he said. “That is the best way to build a very good team. “Of course, we are a good team, we won the Premier League last year but to compete in Europe against nice teams, good players, quality players, you have to so...

BUHARI'S LONG AWAITED AGENDA TO ISLAMIZE AND SPREAD SHARIA IS FINALLY REVEALED! STOP HIM!

BUHARI DECIDES TO RESTRUCTURE NIGERIA BY ESTABLISHING FULANI HERDSMEN COLONIES ACROSS THE NATION. BUHARI'S LONG AWAITED AGENDA TO ISLAMIZE AND SPREAD SHARIA IS FINALLY REVEALED! STOP HIM! Ata Ikiddeh -How he intends to use the military  - The unfinished work of Usman Dan Fodio - What the new colonies will look like - How you can stop it - The defeat of the Caliphate and the anger of radical Moslems to this day - Fulani Herdsmen a good excuse to spread sharia  1) INTRO The sun has finally  set on Nigeria and as the dial of our national clock is moved  back, uncertainty grips the land. Our national leaders who have repeatedly denied our  history now seek to blindfold the nation and sneak in the most preposterous agenda ever contrived in this nation. An agenda that would shackle the entire nation under the tyranny of marauding Sahel gangs congregating in colonies across the nation. We must expose it and dismantle it.  These new...

THE INNOSON AFFAIR, THE IGBO AND THE ORPHANS OF THE CORPORATE WORLD

Email:  info@femifanikayode.org THE INNOSON AFFAIR, THE IGBO AND THE ORPHANS OF THE CORPORATE WORLD Such was his shock and anger at the turn of events that the real estate magnate and owner of the resplendent, opulent and stunningly beautiful ‘Amen Estate’ on the outskirts of Lekki in Lagos, Babatunde O. Gbadamosi, wrote the following: “I have studied the case. I am going to withdraw ALL my funds from Guaranty Trust Bank tomorrow morning”. The basis of his angst and consternation was the plight of the propietor of Innoson Motors at the hands of Guaranty Trust Bank, the EFCC and the Buhari administration. Babatunde’s disgust and repugnance at the way in which the bank and the EFCC behaved accurately reflects the mood and sentiment of millions of Nigerians on this matter. Yet in my view the matter goes much further and deeper than just GTB and the EFCC. They are simply willing puppets, tiny minions and minor players in a much bigger game an...
