FORGIVE YOURSELF!!!

By Oluwasegun Akindolani
Forgive your self, your past relationship that gave you regret, your family background that made you cry, your health that made you look weak, your past choices that made you appear as a failure. They are entanglements and chains that are designed by the enemy to limit and confine us from actualizing the full potential of our God-ordained destiny. More than often, it is 'US' that our unforgiving spirit affects the most. It is a ploy to destroy our initiative no matter how smart we think we are, mess up our future without any remedy and finally destroy our personality without any landmark. So today and any other day you might be reading this, I plead that you free and forgive yourself first because you need to understand that what others do to you is not as important than what you do to yourself. Your destiny is far more glorious than allowing past experiences trap and limit it. Therefore, after forgiven yourself then forgive that guy, that lady, that father, that mother, that friend, that uncle, that aunt, that husband, that wife, that boss, that colleague, that surbodinate  and even God that you think was faulty and contributed to your pains, predicament and pressure. It has only helped you to know 'YOU' better and become more stronger! Don't let your experiences make you bitter person but a better person. This is my humble appeal and candid counsel to someone out there. Jesus loves you! #MMI

POWER OF INFLUENCE

THE POWER OF INFLUENCE An individual begins to develop his or her leadership abilities when he or she starts to influence others towards a particular direction. The reason why you take the lead when you influence others is basically because we are dealing with humans. Other things such as animals, money and properties can only be managed and controlled before you can generate value from them or multiply their usefulness but for humans, it is a different case totally. We actually don’t manage people but lead them. There is a clear distinction between leading and managing. ‘To lead’ simply means to influence. It is to influence others towards the effective and efficient utilization of resources for the maximum productivity of the individual and ultimately the society. ‘To manage’ is to create a process of achieving certain objectives clearly set out through planning, organizing, controlling and directing of human resources. These two concepts are both important in any set...
