Prayer for the day!

John 2:15-17 Jesus put together a whip out of strips of leather and chased them out of the Temple, stampeding the sheep and cattle, upending the tables of the loan sharks, spilling coins left and right. He told the dove merchants, "Get your things out of here! Stop turning my Father's house into a shopping mall!" That's when his disciples remembered the Scripture, "Zeal for your house consumes me."

He couldn't stand it. He couldn't just imagine that extent of degradation and mental depravity exhibited by these so-called 'temple merchant' conducting business transactions within God's preferred and revered habitation. The essence of this temple was lost given room for all sort of manipulations and merchandising by market forces. Your body is the temple of God. He decided to make your spirit His contact place and a residence thereby nullifying any form of encroachment that is not approved.
I therefore decree on our behalf this day that every force, attitude, external influence, environmental pollution, merchandising elements or manipulative agents desecrating God's preferred and revered habitation which had hitherto lead to wrong choices, mental depravity, and all forms of unauthorised business transactions that is not to the glory of God be whipped and chased out in the name of Jesus! As we are in the season of celebrating national independence in Nigeria so also receive your own liberty from all entanglements, limitations and hindrances militating against your all-prosperity in Jesus name! Good morning!

Facts To Know About Zika Virus

The Zika virus is carried by mosquitoes and people, but usually spread by mosquitoes. Zika virus is transmitted to people through the bite of an infected mosquito from the  Aedes  genus, mainly Aedes aegypti  in tropical regions. This is the same mosquito that transmits dengue, chikungunya and yellow fever. – A mosquito can give it to you and then another mosquito could get it from you — and that second mosquito could pass it on to others. – In adults, the virus can cause a mild rash and a slight fever—but evidence suggests that if a pregnant woman is infected, her child could be born with a devastating birth defect: a shrunken head and brain, called microcephaly. – Currently, the Zika virus is circulating in more than 20 countries, and can be found in the following locations: Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Cape Verde, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras,...
